The stacked soybean line MST-FGØ72-2 x ACS-GMØØ6-4 was obtained through the traditional cross breading of each of the parental organisms to produce an organism that expresses PAT,  EPSPS and and a modified form of the hppd gene. This results in glufosinate and glyphosate herbicide tolerance as well as toleranca to HPPD inhibitors such as isoxaflutole (IFT).

DNA insert from ACS-GMØØ6-4; vector pB2/35SAcK
This LMO contains the coding sequence for the phosphinothricin N-acetyltransferase (pat) gene. This results in tolerance to the herbicide glufosinate.

DNA insert from MST-FGØ72-2; vector pSF10
Soy FG72 was modified with the insertion of expression cassettes that code for a mutated form of epsps that confers tolerance to the glyphosate herbicide and a modified form of the hppd gene that is tolerant to HPPD inhibitors such as isoxaflutole (IFT).
